I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accountancy, Economics and Finance, Hong Kong Baptist University. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Economics, Johns Hopkins University.
I am a labor and applied microeconomist. My research combines structural modeling, causal inference, and original survey and field experimental data to study questions in labor economics, development, and political economy.
